The lovely lavender whipped cream crowning the cake is made using a blackberry syrup reduction mixed in with the sweet whipped cream, so yummy! Each layer of cake is spread with a home-made caramel sauce and filled with whipped cream. The cake is frosted with chocolate truffle frosting and dripping chocolate ganache.
