romantic buttercream birch
This sweet one-tier wedding cake commemorates the couple's wedding date. (Or as my eight-year-old son observed is a sequence of counting by threes.) The cake is banana chocolate chip filled and frosted with cream cheese frosting. I used Nutella to create the birch marks and date.

This tangy lemon cake is filled with fresh raspberry filling and covered with whipped cream cheese frosting--basically sweetened whipped cream and cream cheese. A delicious chilled cake to celebrate my daughter's graduation.

rustic textured buttercream
This delicious buttermilk fudge wedding cake is just begging to be sliced and served. I love the rustic swirls and swooshes of the textured vanilla almond buttercream.

Spring blossoms abound! I made over 300 gumpaste blossoms to top off 24 dozen vanilla, raspberry, and fresh orange buttercream mini cupcakes.

gold lace
I covered this three tier cake with white shimmery fondant and then added bands of
intricate edible gold lace. Stunning fresh flowers, added by the bride's sister, complete the look. These professional photos were shared with me by the bride--my pictures did not turn out as well :).
