Spring blossoms abound! I made over 300 gumpaste blossoms to top off 24 dozen vanilla, raspberry, and fresh orange buttercream mini cupcakes.

spring bouquet of cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for a lovely spring bridal shower. Lemon filled with raspberry mousse, white velvet filled with lemon curd, key lime, boston cream, banana chocolate chip, vanilla orange swirl, chocolate fudge, and white velvet with raspberry cream cheese frosting-- topped with colorful handmade sugar flowers.

gold lace

I covered this three tier cake with white shimmery fondant and then added bands of 
intricate edible gold lace. Stunning fresh flowers, added by the bride's sister, complete the look. These professional photos were shared with me by the bride--my pictures did not turn out as well :).
