This chocolate cake is filled with light raspberry mousse and covered in a rich chocolate truffle frosting--imagine dark chocolate ganache whipped into a cloud. Dark and milk chocolate shavings dress the sides. Seventeen over-sized, festive candles complete this birthday treat.

Creeping vines, gold-dusted flowers, topped with a couple from the Below--this devilishly delicious chocolate cake covered in vanilla marshmallow fondant makes a spooky celebration a sweet affair. I made this 2-tier chocolate cake for a Halloween themed wedding.

Gumpaste peonies and roses adorn this fondant covered wedding cake. Beneath the fondant and piped-on scrollwork are buttermilk chocolate cakes with raspberry filling and white vanilla cakes with pineapple and coconut filling.
